Dr. Alexandra Owczarzak graduated from Gannon University with a Masters degree in Sport and Exercise Science before pursuing her Chiropractic degree at D’Youville University where she developed a strong foundation in spinal biomechanics, kinesiology, neurophysiology, and integrative health.

Dr. Owczarzak’s interest in chiropractic began as an athlete herself, having experienced firsthand the physical and mental toll that injuries can take on the body. This personal connection fuels her commitment to helping others return to the activities they love - whether that means elite level competition or simply living without daily pain. This passion has only deepened through the years of clinical experience, academic training, and continuous professional development.

She has experience with collegiate athletes and weekend warriors, surgical patients and individuals dealing with work or motor vehicle injuries while managing their conditions ranging from acute musculoskeletal injuries to chronic pain syndromes. She combines spinal manipulation with rehabilitative exercises tailored to the patient’s goals while using soft tissue techniques (such as myofascial release and instrument assisted therapy), neuromuscular re-education, and patient education to reach the patients’ goals. She is committed to providing patient centered care that promotes long term wellness through evidence-based principles.

She is board certified and licensed to practice in the State of New York.
